In a very gracious offer that ended in November 2024, Grace To You sent out The LSB MacArthur Study Bible. It was hardcover, with a very nice dust jacket published by Thomas Nelson.
I jumped on the offer, because I absolutely love the MacArthur Study Bible – I already had a physical copy in the NKJV and a digital copy of the NASB. But, I absolutely love the Legacy Standard Bible.
My copy came and I encouraged others on my Facebook page to order one. I know several friends and church members who obtained a copy. However, in my house we have 5 family members. Thankfully, Thomas Nelson is selling them, and also the used market is being flooded with copies too. So, at this point, I have enough for everyone in my family – one for me, one for my wife, and a copy for each of my three children. The Bible is great for any serious student of the Word, full of many notes, charts, and maps.

And this is a view from the back. The retail price of the Bible is $54.99. I have not paid this for any of my copies, but I can tell you, it is worth that (and more). So, go out and get one for yourself, even if the LSB is not your “primary translation.” Study Bibles are extremely valuable, and I have many on my shelf. This one is my primary “go to” when I am in my study for sure. I am thankful for the writings, preaching, and work of Dr. John MacArthur in his study notes and for the translation team of the LSB!
